Training of managers

Dedicated to managers and change ambassadors, the training module includes a 6-hour training focused on operational strategy. Participants will learn the difference between business strategy and operational strategy, learn to define operational goals in line with strategic goals (SMART), establish KPI metrics and use tools to support strategy implementation. The training develops the ability to translate strategic goals into concrete actions and schedules, as well as to monitor progress and respond to deviations from the plan. In addition, individual coaching sessions with key team members are scheduled, allowing the knowledge to be tailored to the specifics of the company and real managerial challenges.
